Open Question: My car is registered in Michigan but I live in Texas and want to sell it.?

I Moved to Texas from Michigan about two years ago... I packed up my car and moved. I'm considered a Texas resident now and bought a new car here in Texas from a dealership but didn't trade in my old car because I had to wait for the title to be sent to me. Now, I've posted my old car on craigslist, and I'm confused as to what the buyer is going to have to do. The Car is registered in Michigan. The entire time I drove it, I still paid my Michigan car insurance and they'd send me my new tags and I drove it around in Texas with my Michigan Plates. I know in Texas you need to register your car and get the state inspection. (something we didn't have to do in Michigan) So, when someone buys my car, what are the steps they are going to have to take to get it registered in their name and in Texas and the inspection and stuff....
